How we work together
We believe that partnership is key to our work together. That means we start off with a complementary 20 minute chat, where we discuss where you’re at now and where you’d like to be. This allows us both to assess if we are a good fit before getting started.
You then choose the Deep Dive session or the Vital Wellbeing package, where we work together over a period of several months, meeting every other week, making progress toward your goals. Currently sessions are only offered virtually.
All sessions are customized to you and your unique goals. This is not a “one size fits all” solution. This is also not a life coaching session where we prescribe solutions and plans. Instead, we meet you where you are at without judgment and work together on a plan that works for you, wherever you are.
Sessions are typically scheduled out through the relationship duration, to add accountability and consistency. We use a Q&A format, with an emphasis on reflection and summary. Session length can vary depending on the content, and usually range from 30 – 50 minutes.
At the end of the coaching relationship, we will discuss where we began versus where we are now, what key takeaways we have come away with, and where we would still like to go, applying what we have learned to our next steps for those areas.

- Additional resources & supportive practices aligned to your goals (per your direction)
- Accountability and key learnings emphasis during action item phase
